Hi, I’m Jan Frost, and together with my husband Rod we run Ace Landscapes, a design, build, and maintenance landscaping company serving Auckland, Franklin, and North Waikato since 1998.
In 27 years we’ve worked on everything from blank new-build sections in Paerata Rise and Karaka to complex residential developments and lifestyle properties across Franklin. Rod brings deep hands-on construction expertise to every project, and that depth shows, not just on handover day, but two years later when the plants are thriving and the structure is sound.
Our clients range from homeowners finally ready to finish their new build properly, to lifestyle block owners who want to enjoy their land without being consumed by it, to volume developers who need one reliable subcontractor for the full outside-works scope and ongoing maintenance for clients who want to protect their investment and get their weekends back.
