We design and build complex digital systems for businesses that have
outgrown off-the-shelf solutions and patched-together tools.

RAZOR works at the intersection of senior web development, systems
architecture and applied AI – for organisations running serious
operations, not simple brochure sites.

Our clients are typically established businesses with real operational
complexity: multiple systems that don’t talk to each other, manual
processes draining staff time, or a digital presence that no longer
reflects the level at which they actually operate.

We started as a small team building websites. Over nearly two decades
we’ve grown into a senior-led group delivering platforms that become
core infrastructure – the systems a business runs on, not just uses.
That evolution shapes everything we do now.

There’s a lot of talking in the AI space right now, and not much quality
doing. We sit on the doing side. Development depth comes first – data,
architecture, integrations – because that’s what makes AI implementation
reliable rather than a demo.

What we build:

Applied AI Workflows
Bounded, reliable AI systems connected to real business data – handling
triage, summarisation, reporting and routine decisions so people focus
on judgement, not admin.

Custom Web Applications & Platforms
Operational platforms – booking systems, portals, dashboards,
marketplaces – built to scale and evolve with the business.

Websites & Digital Presence
Sites engineered to convert and built to be read by both people and the
AI systems now shaping how buyers find and evaluate suppliers.

Systems Integration & API Architecture
Connecting CRMs, ERPs, accounting platforms and custom databases – the
foundation that makes everything else reliable.

We work with ambitious businesses across New Zealand, the US and
Australia on projects where the outcome matters and the complexity is
real.
