At Realign & Co, Arabella combines the proven relaxation effects of Reiki with a nervous-system-informed approach to communicate with and support the body first. This can address common issues such as sleep disturbance, overwhelm, lack of energy and poor focus. Her work centres on helping clients create capacity and sustainability in their bodies, so they can perform, lead and live well long-term.
